Hi, my company had no receptionist so we always had autoattendant on. Now we have one so i need to be able to change from night to day service so that calls ring goto the receptionist and not the VAU. The trunks and ringgroups are already setup. There were 2 buttons that were programmed to switch from day and night, but they dont work now for some reason. So i have to figure this out. If i dont have this figured out by tomorrow morning im screwed.

Better call the phone guy dude. You may want to consider taking a class on Nitsuko if you want to tinker around. These switches are EXTREMELY weird in the way they program.
