We have a customer who has a Nitsuko 384i and we are having difficulty with 2 of the DID numbers they keep ringing their old extension instead of the new ones...Please help.

It sounds like the DID translation table is incorrect, prg's 1806 & 1810 need to be modified. You will have to have a tech come out and re-prg the translation table, It should only take 1.0 hr.
