I'm rather confused on this one.

KSU 28i, 1 trunk card w/caller id, 2 digital cards, 1 Analog station, NVM 2e 2port.

2 active lines both in the same trunk group, LCR off, toll free enabled, Class of Service set to 1 for all but 301 which is 10.

Stations can access and dial perfectly using line keys. trunk 1 & 2 key works perfectly.

But using call 1 and 9 for trunk access causes incorrect digits to be passed to telco. It does seize the trunks but seems to muck up as it causes a telco incorrectly dialed message to play. A couple of times it dialed correctly though. Local, toll free, and long distance create same error.

I've checked that all trunks are in same trunk group, no access restrictions, etc. PBX compatibility disabled.

This small office has no special dialing requirements. Standard pot lines w/touch tone.

Any ideas?
Yep, look in programming under 911 and turn it off.

0420:1=0 Careful though. if someone dials 911 without dialing a 9 in front of it instead of using a line key, the call won't go.
I'll try this out Monday at the clients. Interesting 911 causes an issue with 9 access code. Would changing the trunk access code to another digit (lets say 8) allow for proper 911 access and proper trunk access via 8? (if there are any conflicting feature codes I could look to change those or find an unused digit.

Many of the service codes begin with the digit 8. Changing it to an 8 might do it, but getting people to adapt to the 8 might be a pain in the neck.
