Hello,

I am attempting to dial 9+76X-XXXX numbers from my Nitsuko 124i, and cannot. I cant find the programming to determine if these numbers are being blocked by the ksu. I have tried the line with an analog phone, and can dial fine, so its not being blocked by telco.

Any help or thoughts are appreciated!!!!

Thanks,
Kevin
I had a simular issue but i could get around it by dialing ten digits instead of 7
most telcos allow it
Remove the 976 entry from the common restricted codes 0702 Item 8, that where I corrected our issue.
Just fo giggles, dial slowly and let us know where the re-order tone comes in.

Pick up the phone, hear intercom Dial tone.
dial 9, hear secondary dial tone (if line appearance line key light up?)
dial 7.....
Dial 6...does reorder tone occur?

also try dialing a 9+976 and see if that happens.

0702:8 is the common restrict table but I would check to see if an erronous entry has been placed in any of the tables in 0702:6. check to see which table is used in 0701:12 in each class
