What MB number is General Delivery?

There is no General Delivery mailbox per say on an NVM. A General Mailbox can be whatever subscriber mailbox you want it to be. Or are you asking for a Distribution mailbox? Please elaborate.

Customer has auto attend greeting that directs callers to stay on line to leave message in Gen Del. Only thing is, she hasn't a clue where these messages go. She left a test message and knows it didn't go to a subcribers MB. I was hoping it was a "guest" mailbox like MB100 on Norstar. Now what?

You'll hsve to check the routing table to see what happens when you press 0.

Zero was her work around. She re-recorded saying to leave a message press 0, those go to the front desk and end up in that set's mailbox. How do I find the default mailbox that you get when the caller "stays on the line" This MB announces as General Delivery!

Sounds like it was never set up properly. Zero is usually the default setting for an NVM. In that case, you will have to assign the reception phone (301?)as the 0 option. (0= REC2= 301)

It's same setup for any or no digit. Check the CR mailbox usually MB 000 and see where "No Digit" goes. It's probably transfer to a mailbox.
