Transferring works if doing blind, but not voice over. It used to work, but now doesn't. I figure it is a network problem, but unsure why it is happening now. I can call between he systems just fine.

Or are you trying to Voice Announce a call?

This what they are wanting, they say it used to work. Thank you for your quick reply.

NEC network Manual says only transfer without hold will not work.

Transferring blind does work, and screened trf in some directions does work between some of the switches.
