Almost forgot, how does the system setup conferencing calls with a T1? Can the user establish the conference call & then hang up or will that disconnect the other 2 callers? I know when using CO lines the system takes up 2 lines & you are able to release the call with Disconnect Supervision activated in the Nortel. The 2 callers remain in conference. Also how do we go about transferring calls offsite, say a customer calls in and they reach the incorrect office, instead of having them redial another number, we would like to extend the call for the customer... Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Software version DR5.1 and above will support unsupervised conference.Make sure your lines are programmed for "supervision" or this feature will not work.If you are not using Centrex service, then you will have to use unsupervised conference to transfer the call....remember that you will be tieing up one of your lines when you do this.
