remote access to Norstar ICS - Sundance Business VOIP Telephone Help

I have a customer that has remote access for their Norstar ICS, but I haven't ever done that before. Are there any tips that could get me started.

Do you have the Norstar remote utilities?

No, I haven't got the software. I was hoping it was a terminal emulation program.

Does anyone have a copy of the utility program.
