My client requires that the caller id be displayed but the Flash VM answers after 1 ring thus losing the caller ID. How do we program so that the VM answers after the 2nd ring only?

you need to log on to the flash as system administrator, go to AA, Lines, put in the line number and change Rings to 2 f or each line answered by AA.
