Have a customer with a Mics 6.1 and a CP 150. Intermitenly when pressing feature 981 the system hangs and won`t open. Customer then releases and tries again, some times it then will do it again, eventualy you get in to your mailbox. Any suggestions
I usually just have the client dial intercom and the pilot # for the CP.
You can also have auto access if you want where they don't need the password if your calling from a phone that has a mailbox associated with it.
Is this happening AT MORE THAN ONE STATION you may have a bug and need to do a reboot of your system.
Dumb question but how many ports/channel is the cp.
is it possable that all ports are in use when they are trying to access it?
