How do i program restrictions into a C3060.

I need to setup a filter that denies 9,9 for outside line but still have the ability to use Feature 0 - Speed Dial.

How is this over come?

Once you have the phone restrictions set up for that station, when you go into the SPEED-DIAL programming, one of the last entries is REST'N BYPASS. This means do you want this to bypass any restrictions. If you set this to Y for YES then anyone dialing that number using Speed Dial will be able to dial it no matter what restrictions are on the phone.

I found what your talking about bypass restrictions, but how do i make it phone specific, there's other systems in other departments I do not want to make them assesable to.

Can this be done in the Feature **SET programming area?
