if this is avoice mail you are talking about accessing try feature 903

need a little more info... If you are trying to access VM, it sounds like the system has lost track of the VM.
If this is the case, You might need to remove the power from the VM, wait a minute, and restore power the the VM and wait a few minutes to see if the system sees it.

I tried accessing feature 903.. it shows as inactive feature.. yeah it's the voice mail that's the problem and i get into the admin to reset or change anything cause all the features show as inactive. I unplugged the system on the Flash voicemail and the phone system several times.. it didn't have any effect once i plugged it back in..

try doing an XFtest to see what voicemail feature codes are active, you may need to remove the feature codes and reboot the flash.

If the voice mail is working at all try putting in Feature 9*1 and that will list the features in there if there are any rite now. You have to do this from a larger phone such as a 24 or 10 button phone. Let us know what happens.

for a password if it does thne your in.

Gave that a shot.. tried a few times.. even let it sit off over night.. still comes up as inactive feature... could there be a battery that's keeping it from powering down?

Now when i punch in feature 9*1.. it says sys admin F983.. but feature 983 still comes up as inactive
