I'm not getting the external xfer feature in Nortel Flash unit, which we get when we hit 8 twice in the flash unit. Can someone please do help me how to configure external xfer feature.

I would Like to tranfer the calls coming to my mail box to my mobile when the caller reaches my mail box. In order to configure it I goto my mailbox and hit 8 to goto the Admin prompt and from there i'm not getting the xfer feature. What should I do in order to get that option.

i wasn't aware of that feature in the flash. I was under the impression that you set your extn to forward calls externally on CNA or CFB & therefor not using up the resource of the startalk. but there is a feat called off premise message notification whereby VM rings you and plays your message to you
