I've got a Flash S/w cartridge I took out of a 2 port Flash I have here.

Spending the better part of half an hour on google's references and official Norstar parts lists it doesn't come up. I was thinking it was ACD S/w but I can't find a part number anywhere on the web.

It is: AO791009 2002/9/29 NT7B64YT Rel 04 0004 Flash VM E/S Feat. Cart.

Anyone have better skullduggery that I do?

Thanks, Bunnie
I get 6.1XC software when I do a google search of NT7B64YT.
I found that too, but it was in a Flash unit and I don't think the 6.1 XC cartridge is the same size as a Flash s/w cartridge.

The printing on the card says Nortel Networks Norstar Flash. and the next to last line says FLASH VM E/S FEAT. CART.

Do you know what the E/S stands for?

Thanks, Bunnie
Hi Bunnie,

The MICS/CICS and Flash VM feature cartridges are the same size. They are both standard PCMCIA cards.

I searched Nortel's Partner site for your part numbers. The AO791009 doesn't bring up anything. NT7B64YT is in a MICS/CICS 6.1 document, but the matching AO # is A0897882.

Are the numbers on a real Nortel label, or are they hand written? (just kidding laugh )

I can't find anything that supports this right now, but it seems that the E/S is "Engineer Special", which would be an incremental release from Engineering to fix bugs in a major release.

I hope that helps!
Thanks, I was trying to find out if this was some kind of special software, ACD or whatever.

Its a real Nortel label, maybe it is a collectors item because there is an error, like a penny that is stamped the same on both sides?

Are there any bids?

I would think it could be a card that belongs to a MICS except that it specifically says FLASH VM E/S FEAT CART, so it has to be Flash card and it was in a 2 port Flash.

Maybe some things were just never meant to be understood, thanks for looking guys.
This is a Flash VM software card. The E/S stands for English/Spanish.
Thank you all, I've been over my head in stuff and am just getting back to being on the board.
