Have a customer who has been using this feature for about 2 years with no problems. All of a sudden after pressing "7" you hear MOH for a few seconds then "I'm sorry the party you're trying to reach is unavailable", then back to his greeting. These tests were ran at around 10am and the call only went out roughly 1 out of 15 times. Since posting here I tried it 3 times and was able to hit his cell phone every time. What do you think???

The recording is coming from the cell service provider. Sounds like maybe a traffic issue or coverage issue with the cell service.

How many trunks are on the system?
Do you have the outbound transfer set to use a particular trunk or line pool?
Have they added more mailboxes so the ports available to the VM are busy more often?
