Hi Can someone give us the steps to check the amount of storage on individual mail boxes on the Mermail voice mail? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

There is no such thing as far as I know on Mermail and no limits except total hours of storage.

Desregard what I said. I was talking about Merline mail. In Nortel the length of mailbox limited by COS. You have to check table for COSs to change to the right one

You're talking about the Norstar mails. The question was about the Meridian PBX mail. Totally different animal.
