I had a voicemail system repaired and when they defaulted and reinitialized, it only came back with 20 mailboxes (it had 32). Can anyone tell me how to retrieve the Call pilot system ID?

F983, Login, dial 4,4 and press view.

If you restore from backup, it should reinstall the keycodes you are missing.
