I’ve have a customer with a call pilot 150 running software 3.1 (w/enhance call center).
Any agent that logs in (F904 with agent number and pass code) the call center agent status screen will show the next higher number agent number. (Agent 2 logs in as agent #2, shows up
as agent 3)
Has anyone experience this problem?
