i cant log into my bcm 400 through either element manager or web interface. i was using the default user account XXXXX and XXXXX. i didnt change it. but now its not accepting it anymore. is there a way i can log in with any other account. im running bcm 400 4.0. and is there any explanation to why i cant log in anymore.

Try logging in through the serial port to see if anything has been changed. Also, have you tried both administrative logins? These should be listed in the quick startup guide that comes with the BCM.

I just had another thought. Which version of Java are you running? Update 6 is flaky, so go back to update 5.12 and try to login if version 6 is on your PC.
