I was wondering if any of you knew how to reset the entire Norstar System that I have, I do have all the passwords.

We sure do, but that is beyond our scope. I suggest that get your hands on an Installer manual. If you do ot already have one they are available at the top of the page.

If you are still unsure how to do it, you can probably find an installer in your area. If all else fails, contact one of the Mods and we can help you out for a small fee once we verify who you are.
