On an Option 11C can someone tell me how to activate the handsfree ability on an M2008 Handsfree phone? Is there a class of service setting or is it just adding a Handsfree button on the phone?

HFA in class of service IF it is a handsfree model...not all were.

I tried the CLS-HFA command, I received an error that said key 15 cannot be used as a handsfree key. Is there another step or is it not possible to have a handsfree 2008 phone on the Opt. 11C.
SW version is Release 25 if that matters.

You can't have a key 15 on a 2008....it only has keys 0-7. Yes you can have HF 2008 if the set is a handsfree version.

The information on the phone points to it being a handsfree phone. I have the phone connected and working, but when I attempt to enter the HFA in Class of Service it gives me the error about key 15. Is there anything else besides the HFA?

Again you cannot have a key programmed on a 2008 above 7. Keys 0-7 are for a 2008. Keys 0-15 are for a M2616. Different set. I'd advise looking another working 2008 on the system and copy the programming.
