you are being way to vague.

Possibly line pool access on remote access package?

Apparently not that vague you answered, and I have checked remote access.

Possibly a dialing plsn conflict. How are the remote sites dialing in. routing??

Marv when the offsite location calls in to the main location the offsite is using line 4 which is the tie line, they can call to the main location without a problem, when they go beyond that location they get a busy signal, they are dialing 200 through 250 for the main location, then 300 through 325 for the other offsite location, hope this helps.
