I have a customer with mics 4.0xc /PRI 23 channel, that sometimes can not make or receive calls. Looking at the PRI settings noted that b channel was set for desend and clock source was secondary. Telco says there sending least idol from there switch. Would that cause the problem of not being able to dial out/in sometimes? I have always used primary as my clock source in other mics. Cheked cbc limits and i am set to min in 0, max in 23, min out 0, max out 23. Also noted cbc stats = incomming denied due to min 502, due to max 0, outgoing denied due to min 780, due to max 666. Had evt 904 010819s3 show up in the logs. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
