I have a MICS 7.1 with a NAM 4.1 at my site. I fired up NRU 11 with a FastRAD connected to the serial port of a PC, and tried to use the browser tool, and the list of items shows in the left pane, but no matter which item I select, no data ever displays in the right pane. Can anyone shed light on why this might be ?

I can dial the FastRAD directly with Feature 9** and it accepts the password and gives me the menu to program it, so I know that I am reaching the FastRAD.

I can also run a backup with NRU tools, which takes about 10 minutes to run, and also appears to be working properly, so it seems that the tools are communicating through the FastRAD to the MICS. When I start the browser, I see messages about "querying the KSU" and other such, so it appears that the Browser is gathering the info. It just doesn't display it.

There are 15 stations attached to the MICS, and I know that there is programming, because I did some of it, and I can go in using a 7310 and see the settings.
Can you try using your computer at another site with a different Fastrad? I've come across more than one defective Fastrad, but usually they were just totally uncommunicative.

No, I only have the one box, which travels with me. It doesn't seem, though, that it would be defective if it displays messages like "querying the KSU" and can be brought up on the station interface as well.
