I have one set on a CICS with c/p 100 and I can't make the lite or message for you indicator come on , all other sets (five sets) will show message for you when there is a message left I have deleted the m/b for this set and rebuilt, enabled and disabled the port , still no go.. it shows programed (y) for message waiting " HELP"

Have you checked to make sure the MSG light works on this particular phone? I'm sure you have, but it never hurts to ask.

I tried a different set - no go. Permanent hour that's something I haven't heard about . it is done from the set in question I guess so could call sub.to try that , thanks guys
