Does anyone know if the LCD or M7100 is the same one using for M7208, and similarly, M7310 is the same as M7324? Thanks a lot!

Yes the M7310 and 24 use the same LCD on the alpha-numeric display same goes for the M7100 and 7208. But note there are different version of the screens depending on the telephone version.
