Hey guys I'm trying to make polycom(NTAB4213)
pickup PoolA, ans so far the only way I was able to do it was to enable Hotline w/ digit "1" using PoolA. It works, but area code has to be dialed for all calls.
ex. Local call 818-xxx-xxxx
Out of Area 818-xxx-xxxx
Is there any way around this?

The KSU is an 0X32 MICS DR4.1

Thamks!

I usually hotline the ATA externally to "Feature 78" (1 sec pause.) From here, the Polycom gets outside dial tone, and you can dial whatever number you need.

Don't know about your area, but here, as well as a lot of places are using the 10 digit dialing plan. If that's the case in your area, you'll have to live with it.

The Norstar Conference phone is to be treated like an ATA. You can't prime it to a line pool.

If you want external dial when it goes off hook conxtel has the answer. If you never plan to dial anywhere else other than your local area code, you could put your 818 area code in the hotline dial string. You then can finish dialing the the rest manually.

Why would you want it to go off hook on Pool A? Is it too much to dial a 9?
