It is kind of wierd in call pilot after hours the AA picks up one of the options to forward to a outside line. Well when you press that option it says "says please hold" and then you hear MOH but then after about ten seconds Your call is drop. Any thing will help as dont know to much about nortel
Your going to have to get into Call Pilot App Builder and see where that option is routing to, sounds like there was a change on the switch side but never in Call Pilot

I need a little more info. Is the system using a dtm or ctm trunk? Is the system on that new T1?
