I have a customer that is experiencing trouble with their BCM 200 (SW 3.6).

A caller calls into the AA and dials a valid extension number, but the call is not being transferred to the correct extension number. The caller is transferred to a HG that rings all phones in the office.
This does not happen on every call, it is not specific to a trunk, it is not specific to a trunk port and it isn't specific to a bay in the BCM. (moved trunks and 4x16 MODs within the system). I can make it happen by dialing fast, very fast when the AA answers the call.

We did record new greetings with about 1sec of silence at the beginning to let the BCM "catch up" - didn't seem to make a difference.

The extension numbers are 2xxx.
CCR Tree option 2 transfers calls to the HG that rings all extensions in the office.

The system has been working fine for 3 years. This problem just came up about 2 months ago.

There are probably some patches that address this issue - I know the Call Pilot from the same era had similar problems.

There aren't any "settings" you can change to tweak DTMF sensitivity, etc.
