I recently upgraded a MICS with a 8 port NAM from T1 to 7.1 software. All programing was documented before change out. The situation is an outside line appears and rings on four sets with one of those forwarding to voicemail after four rings. This set has a mailbox but the forward goes to the main auto attendant greeting. The line in question is set to no answer in NAM. Any ideas on how to make the call go direct to the sets mailbox?

Has that extension's MB been initialized?

You could try and remove the CFNA from that set. It should go to the mailbox anyway.

The mailbox works fine with an intenal call. It's outside calls thats the problem.

If CFNA is set to 4 rings then make sure AA is set to N.
DRT and Transfer Call backs are set to 6 or higher.

What is the line/s number in programming you are dealing with?

It is 061.I adjusted the DRT and call back timers and set AA to no in greeting 1 with the same result. The call forwards to the auto attendant greeting, not the mailbox. m out of ideas except for making a new CCR tree which the boss's don't want.

How did you you upgrade the MICS? Did you upgrade the NAM too? NAM needs to be 4.1 to integrate correctly with a MICS 7.x.

Did you reinit the NAM or are you relying on the previous set up of the NAM? Port numbering change with a large upgrade like this. The previous setup will be unpredictable.
