I am trying to create a new call pickup group for two phones, and these two phones only. I have read through the manuals and googled my heart out and haven't found a simple, easy to understand answer yet. HELP! It's the Nortel T7316E.

It is programmed within Installer programming. If you don't have access, call in your local installer. You can also use Ans DN, but you also need Installer access for that.

Right you are Curly....my bad. Administration password would still be required. However in this case I still would use Ans DN with just 2 sets involved where the Installer P/W would be required.
