Customer called , said the time display does not change. I walked her thru how to do the time settings. she called back a few days later and said the time was still the same.
Last week I had her power down. That did not do it.
The time display does not advance.
Any body have any ideas as to what is going on?

It sounds like the clock circuit in the cabinet is bad.

I didn't think twice when it happend to me. I've reset the system.

Tough call, both can work....sometimes software glitch sometimes clock ship.

whats the diff between reset and start up? not sure what you mean by reset.

Reset=Power dower, then up. Ptay it works.

Startup=Perform startup procedure and reprogram from GO. Suggest taking lots of notes prior to this option.
