How do I turn off the Call Pilot "voice" meaning...

I have my main greeting - "thank you for calling ABC company if you know your parties extension you can dial it anytime - to listen to this message and our options in spanish please press 1"

Now my ??? is - if no one presses 1 or anything the call pilot female voice comes on and says "Using the dial pad please enter the extension you wish to call, press # for the company directory, to leave a message press *, to reach the operator press 0"

In programming how do I turn that off, my customer does not want to hear the Nortel call Pilot female voice.

Any suggestions would be great.

Thank you.

You have not recorded your greeting correctly. You have put all of your greeting in a company greeting. This is not the way to set up a Nortel voice.

The greeting should be split between a company greeting and a table instruction or a CCR. Without a table or CCr recorded, you will get the canned instructions from Norstar Nora.

I suggeset you take the time to read the CP setup and operation manual.
