No. Still using XP. But...doesn't Windows 7 have a "roll-back" feature? I think I heard about something like this that allows you to use non-compatible programs with 7.
Danny - I tried Windows's Compatibility Mode and it didn't work.
You can run XP inside Windows 7 as a virtual pc. If the software to do this isn't already installed by the pc manufacturer, you can get it free from Microsoft. To be honest, I've read about this, but have not done it. Here's more info:

just run vmware, its a bit more efficient that microsofts virtualization software.
Even better run a linux box with VMware my laptop has a xp and 7 VM running on it
I can't remember all the info about it, but from what I heard, running Windows 7 you can run the XP programs but ONLY if the right chip set is in the PC/laptop.
If anyone does this, let us know.
I have the same problem with Windows 7 Ultimate,
and NRU 11 - database failed to open
I know that with Windows 7 Professional and Ultimate, you can download and install Windows XP mode from Microsoft to get around the problem of software not working on Win 7. I have not tried it personally though, all I have is XP.
I took 7 off my new laptop, and put XP pro on it.
Works great.
