Anyone know the software level where this issue was resolved? Have taken over a new client and they have said they have experienced the defaulting in the programming. I was gonna look in it to see what software it was running, but was wondering if anyone knows at what point Nortel fixed this known issue.

Pretty sure that was 1.5. I think 2.0 fixed it.
