Hi
I have a NortelT7361E. I recently started my new position so I need to delete the old employee. I managed to change the greeting but when I call someone's extention in the office it still shows the old employee name.

These are the instructions I found:
To Log Into System Programming:
1. Press FEATURE XXXXXXXXXXXX
2. Enter Password: XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Display will read: " A. Configuration"
Using the navigation keys, as displayed below, follow the next simple steps:
3. Press: NEXT Display will read: "B. General Admin"
4. Press: SHOW Display will read: "1. Sys speed dial"
5. Press: NEXT Display will read: "2. Names"
6. Press: NEXT Display will read: "3. Time and date"
7. Press: SHOW Display will read: "Time # # : # #" (Your current setting.

The problem is, after doing step 2, my dispaly reads Terminals & Sets. Any idea what I can do after that?
Thanks vey much

The instructions you have are for Nortel's first generation key systems. The system you have is either a MICS or CICS system. Do a search for an installers book, a programming records book (which breaks the menu down for you), or an installers CD.

The fact that you have accessed the system means you can wander around in there and eventually get fairly comfortable with the menu
