I am having trouble getting real time reporting to come up on screen. It seems like the data is not transferring to reports.

This is a new install, I have the ACD up and running, but can't get reports to work.

When loading the RCC server, there is no icon that shows up for you to open. All the ports passed when testing configuration. I found an older cd with RCC server with an icon on setup, but not on the 3.1 cd that came with the unit.

Any iformation or patches you may have, would surely be helpful.
