System is an MICS with a CP100. Client wants to change the target attendant from 221 to 229 when callers push "0" while in the CCR tree.

Client changed the DN in Operator Settings, but callers are still going to 221.

Is there another location within the CP GUI to enter the desired target attendant?

I'm not sure about CP's, but I've seen changes done to phones, such as line appearances that don't take effect until you unplug the phone then reconnect. Worth a try Danny.

Nah, it should update without re-booting.

I'm out-of-town and don't have access to a unit or my manuals to check it out, so I'm trying to direct the client over the phone.

I've made this change a million times, but without seeing it in person, I can't recall what else needs to be changed. Something in the back of my head is telling me there's another location within the CP where you must change the DN...

I didn't say to reboot, just unplug the two modular cords and reconnect.

That's not the problem. I think there is another location where the DN needs to be addressed.

It's in the greeting table, and in Operator settings.

Ah, OK. That rings a bell now. Client only changed it under Operator Settings.

Thx,
