using T series phone, neither the lamp or the "MESSAGE FOR YOU" display work, on an intermittent basis. Didn't see any patch addressing this problem, and wondering if anyone had seen it. Didn't try M series phone.

One is a 7208, and the other one is a 7316e, attached with the Gen Delivery MB attached to it. All patches up to date, did the whole factory default and reconfigure, still comes up.

Yanick, I'm not aware of any issue on MWI with these phones. If your current on patches, I might try a simple reboot of the system. Is your power right? Is your grounding right?

But overnight its now working fine. I've no ideal what occurred.
