Does Saudi Arabia use Caller ID protocol that works with Nortel Norstar equipment?

Considering Bell Canada did quite extensive work in Saudi Arabia back in the '80's, I'd have to guess that it does.

I forget the standard they use in the Kingdom, but it is not the same as the US.
