BCM 50 call blocking - 07/06/11 01:45 PM
I have a client who is apparently getting robo- called frequently with a caller ID hat says "*". and when answered there is only silence. Is there a way to block these calls on a BCM 50?
I suggested they try using AA. That way, at least caller input is required to reach an extension.
