I have a 400 on site A with a vpn tunnel running to site B. Able to ping back and forth no problems. Site B computers are on Site A local network. (they are able to hit the exchange server no problem) I have a i2004 ip phone on site B and it will not come up. Any help with what to look for would be great.

Have you programmed the S1 address in the phone? Does it get the correct default gateway from the DHCP server?

Yea I programmed the S1 ip address for the phone. The gateway is the dhcp servers gateway or the gateway on site B?

I believe that the S1 should be the BCM address.
and the Gateway is the site B VPN address.

Correct:
S1 = BCM IP
Gateway = Default Gateway assigned by DHCP at site B

Does the BCM itself have the correct default gateway for site A?
