I have a skillset setup with 6 agents. The agent that has the highest priority is being missed on every call. The call then goes to the second highest in the list and is answered by that person. Is there any troubleshooting I can do for this?

I was looking at going in to create a new skillset list but I have no idea where to go in the CallPilot Manager to do this. I cannot see a 'new' or 'create' button anywhere.

Make sure the agent is not in Make Busy mode. Also, do a Force Off for that agent to be sure she is out. Then have her log back in.
