Aloha Techs, bcm crashed and new bcm200 installed but after running f**xxxxxxxxx, cannot access f9*8 or f**xxxxxxx from any phone. Am I forgetting something? Any help would be much appreciated. Mahalo

i didn't think you could access the 200 thru telset,if you can have you tried xxxxxx

I never get to user prompt , F9*8 and f**####### always comes up feature timeout. I just assumed you can telset admin just like 50 and 400

not just 200...any older release of BCM400 or 1000 too.
