Customer has a Mics with older T1 software, problem is they set the time on the sets now manually and time does not change. Have CLID cards and CLID time still stays the same. This just started happening and suggestions.

Sounds like it's time for a new KSU! Or at least a new software cartridge.

Does one assume they have rebooted the system?

The clocking crystal is pooched, replace KSU.

That would be a CHEAP solution.

Rebooting the system has always fixed this problem for me.

Try reboot, if that does not work its time for a upgrade.
IP Office Nortel is a very good upgrade path.

Upgrade software would be very cheap but if you have voicemail could make you upgrade the voicemail software too.

If all their needs are met with what they have now, another T-1 cartridge would be very, very cheap.

"Rebooting the system has always fixed this problem for me."

That is true for some issues, but will assume Jtel already did this since he is a tech after all.

Seriously?
If it was not the KSU or reboot then a simple STARTUP would have been the next step.
Are you a Norstar tech?
