I have a small PBX sitting at a remote location with a point to point T1 terminating on it. And 9 phones running off of it.

Those phones are DN 2391~2399.

I have them setup as DSC's, if I dial the 4 digits, the call goes right through.

If I dial the local number xxx-xxxx from the phone on my desk, it has a delay of 15 seconds of dead air, then routes to 2399

If I dial the local number xxx-xxxx from my cell phone, it immediately rings the switch board.

???

I ran call traces of each call, see below.

It is coming in on a PRI loop 0, the point to point is a Tie T1 loop 1.

Do you have an IDC table defined that the incoming PRI call is hitting?
