I have a customer that has a CICS with T7316E phones and he needs to be able to turn the volume up more than is available on the phone itself. Any of you out there have any experience or ideas for a solution for this guy? We are considering trying a headset and turning the volume up, but he was hoping for a handset. Thanks in advance.

I've seen these before - for some reason I thought Algo made them but a quick Google didn't reveal anything. I'm pretty sure we even have a couple on the shelf, they have a volume dial on the side...

www.sandman.com Mike Sandman custom makes them, HOWEVER hearing loss is in certain frequencies and just raising the volume however high may not fix his problem.

The Walker hard of hearing handsets are designed with frequency loss in mind, they are part of Plantronics and you can call and ask them.
