I have a call pilot 150 and 6 ext. setup for call screening.Only ext. 24 and 25 get the call screening. When installed around 2 years ago they all worked fine. Deleted the mail box's that the call screening isn't working on. That didn't work I recycled the phone system and call pilot and it still wouldn't work. Has anyone run into this and if so how did you fix it?

Verify the box for call screening in each mail box is checked.

Doesn't make any sense.

One final thing to try........
Go into the Mail Box properties and change:
...xfers: Blind to
...xfers: Screened

Really dont know if it will do anything.

Since deleting and rebuilding mailboxes does not work...

If software is 3.0 or less then upgrade to 3.1

You can also try to do a REINSTALL, its free but costs you time to rebuild is all. Reinstall can help clear bugs at times but not software issues, that is what the upgrades are for.

Also delete 25 and 26 and build 45 and 46 but assign to 25 and 26 and see if works. If it works this proves glichy mailboxes.

I like to Reinstall and then Upgrade when can as you dont want to move glitches to the new software.

OK got call screening back on the phones it wouldn't work on the original mail box's.I had to change ext. 211 to mail box 242 and ext. 212 to mail box 243 to get them to work. Not real sure why Mail box 211 and 212 didn't work. Been working fine for 3 years. If you know why that might be please let me know.
