Trying to Add a 1800 number to a ACD group. - 03/12/14 02:25 PM
I'm really new to the Nortel CS1000 phone system, so fogive if my questions sound abit rediculous, I have a few 1800 numbers that I need to assign to they own hunt group. and I cannot find a manual that shows how to do so. Can anyone assist.
