Can I stop the MWI from flashing on an incoming call even though it is programmed as appear only? I failed to get the software version, but they are using 7316 phones.

Switch to M7310 phones.
OR
put black tape over light.

In other words - I don't think you can.
But I have never had that issue.
Maybe someone knows a better way.

Thanks for the quick response NTlayoff, I just changed them from VMail to AA and had to set the expanded Flash to a 2 ring delay for CID. The customer hasn't mentioned it yet, but I found it quite annoying as I set it up.
